Description

Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Service at Federal Office Building 10A, 800 Independence Avenue, SW, and Federal Office Building 10B, 600 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC. Services shall be provided under a firm-fixed price contract for an initial period of one year with the Government's option to extend services for four consecutive additional periods of one year each. Solicitation Issuance Date: March 24, 2005. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. Women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids and so state that they are women-owned. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered for an award. GSA is issuing this solicitation and any amendments only electronically.
