- Synopsis for Adult Day Health Care Services - Albuquerque, New Mexico RFP 501-0026-05 The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 has a requirement for Adult Day Health Care Services for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs in the following Albuquerque, NM areas: Corrales, Rio Rancho, NE Heights, North Albuquerque Acres, Taylor Ranch, Alameda (North Valley), South Valley, and Paradise Hills. The proposed contract will be for a term of one base year from date of award with four (4) one (1) year options. The applicable NAICS code is 624120. The solicitation will be released on or about March 18, 2005 and closed about 21 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available electronically at: http: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. Any amendments will be available at the same URL and offerors will be responsible for obtaining all amendments. Electronic offers will NOT be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Any questions must be sent in via fax at 505-248-3206.
