Description

The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Rockwell Collins under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 ?Only one responsible source?, with FAR 12 and 13.5, for MPE-S, MPE-S with SAASM GPS Cards for the Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, through reference number 4THO21057178. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-03. The requirements are as follows: MPE-S, MPE-S with SAASM GPS Cards with Security Devices Part Number 987-1856-023 Qty: 1200 The proposed contract action is for commodities for which the Government intends to seek capable sources for the items listed. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Ms. Kristen L. Eaves at kristen.eaves@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB June 6, 2005. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
