- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure 336 Drums of Ammonium Hydroxide Solution (29.4) to be delivered on the 15th of each month in increments of 28 Drums per month to the Oily Waste Water Treatment Plant, Craney Island, Portsmouth, VA. The weight of each drum will be 390 lbs. The vendor shall provide DOT approved drums with DOT approved markings and pick up empty drums on delivery date of full drums. The vendor shall notify the Oily Water Treatment Plant 24 hours prior to delivery. The delivery truck shall have a lift gate. The drums shall be on pallets. The period of performance will be for twelve months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424690, Chemicals (except agriculture) (e.g., automotive, household, industrial, photographic) merchant wholesalers. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined most advantageous to the Government. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal
