- Five year, fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to remanufacture 100 TR-281 transducers, 100 TR-282 transducers, 125 TR-331 transducers, 125 TR-355 transducers, and 5000 TR-317 transducers, and to demilitarize and dispose of 20,000 TR-155, TR-227, TR-313, TR-317, or TR-343 transducers. (Quantities shown are maxima; likely usage is about half the total estimated quantities.) Selection will be by lot, best value based on price, facilities and past performance. Previous transducer repair contracts incumbents include Harris Acoustic Products, International Transducer Corporation, EDO Electro-Ceramic Products, and Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
