- J-- Provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, tools, transportation and management as necessary to perform PMIS, service calls, and repair work for various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated equipment, including testing by means of a combination fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract at Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Worcester, MA. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and attachments provided with solicitation package. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. This requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside. The performance period will be for twelve months, beginning no earlier than 15 days after notice of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for a period of 1-12 months each option year for a total duration of 60 months. This solicitation will be a combination of Service Contract and Davis Bacon Act requirements. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), all solicitation documents will be limited to electronic medium using Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The address for downloading this solicitation from the INTERNET is http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The solicitation will be available approximately 10 May 05. Downloading from the INTERNET is free of change, however some specifications may take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register for the solicitation prior to downloading it from the ESOL website. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made from the ESOL website. Only registered contractors will be notified by email when amendments to the solicitation are issued. Official Plan holders will not be faxed and will only be available from the website. All contractors are required to register in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Failure to register in the CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD contracts. Information regarding this registration may be obtained by accessing the website at http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Note 1 applies. This contract may be put on EMALL and therefore contractor must be prepared to accept Government Purchase cards.
