- Amendment 1 to PN43057A Technical Assistance for Airborne Sensors. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT The RFP has been delayed and is expected to be posted for the vendor community on or around June 8, 2005 on the following procurement: GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of the US Army, Product Manager (PM) for Airborne Reconnaissance Low Program (ARL), who has a requirement to obtain required technical assistance related to airborne sensors so that validated requirements can be met for the Warfighter using the airborne platforms and sensors effectively.
