- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation with the Statement Of Work will be avai lable upon request by e-mailing Roberto Pena at roberto.pena@txkell.ang.af.mil or calling (210) 925-7127. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 221330 with the size standard of $12 million dollars. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The reference number is W912L1-05-T-5037. The contractor shall provide the following commodity or equal to: CLIN 0001: Carrier Model 30RB-080 air cooled chiller unit, 80 ton. Installation will in clude removal of existing unit and complete installation of new unit. Cost breakdown and package submittal are illustrated in the solicitation under SOW. A site visit is recommended by contacting 149th Production Control Office at (210) 925-3772, POC: TS gt Frank Cerda. Delivery shall be 30 days from award date and FOB destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Award will be made to responsi ble offeror based on technical data followed by lowest price. Offerors shall include with their quotes a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
