- Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials for performing new site work to install Chilled Water Line from medium temperature utility pit between the Child Development Center and the Community Activities Center (CAC), Building 6510 at Fort Jackson, SC. Work shall include demolition of existing concrete sidewalks, asphalt roadways and grassed areas. The work is to be completed in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the term and conditions of the contract. Co ntractor to start work with ten (10) days after Notice to Proceed and complete all work within ninety (90) days. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000. and $500,000. The requirement is 100% Set Aside for HUBZone Certified Small Business firms. Drawings and other attachments may not be available electronically. Information concerning copies of attachments will be provided when solicitation is posted. Solicitation will be posted at the fedbizopps/asfi website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining the solicitation ( and any amendments ) at the website. The project may be SAF (Subject to Availability of Funds) The applicable NAICS Code is 237110, $28.0 MIL.
