- The US Army Contracting Agency (ACA) Northern Region has a requirement for Mission Support Services for the United States Army Armor Center (USAARMC), Fort Knox, Kentucky. The USAARMC has a mission to provide the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC ) with doctrine, training, combat development and training support products for Mounted Forces. USAARMCs function in this area is to serve as the user representative in the development of training methodologies and products, concepts, doctrine, organizati onal requirements and materiel requirements for each functional area.
