- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation F1N3BG5104A100 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 423850 and the business size is 100 employees. This is advertised as Full and Open competition. Non-Personal Service to provide the following: Procure Firefighting BDU?s, Camouflage (Woodland) that meets NFPA 1500 standard. The BDU?s have to be Mil-Spec 100 percent cotton. A quote is requested on all line items. Partial line item quotes will not be accepted. The following is a list of items needed for the fire department. (1) 5 each small/x-short pant (2) 5 each small/short pant (3) 30 each small/regular pant (4) 9 each medium/short pant (5) 120 each medium/regular pant (6) 68 each medium/long pant (7) 26 each large/regular pant (8) 22 each large/long pant (9) 5 each large/long pant (10) 5 each x-small/x-short coat (11) 5 each small/short coat (12) 9 each small/medium coat (13) 5 each large/short coat (14) 26 each small/regular coat (15) 120 each regular/medium coat (16) 22 each regular/large coat (17) 84 each long/medium coat (18) 14 each long/large coat (19) 5 each small/medium coat (20) 5 each 2XL/X-large coat (21) 600 each Firefighter BDU subdued Air Force Military Firefighter patch. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009.
