- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Quality Electric & Controls, Inc. 570 32 1/2 Road #21, Clifton, CO 81520, for all labor and materials to connect the Code Blue buttons through I/O boards into the fire alarm system to annunciate dual code blue alerts to medical personnel. this will include eOmega software to communicate between the fire alarm panel and the Zetron Paging system and all associated wiring. Both the Nurse Call system and the Fire Alarm System are products of Tyco Simplex/Grinnell and can be worked on only by authorized personnel.
