Description
The Veterans In Partnership Healthcare Network (VISN 11) is seeking potential sources to provide Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certified technician(s), all necessary equipment and physician instruction services to perform (i) two or more simultaneous polysomnograms per night (approximately 11 hours), estimated 400 studies per year on-site at the VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS), 1900 E. Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832 and/or (ii) two or more simultaneous polysomnograms per night (approximately 11 hours), estimated 300 studies per year on-site at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS), 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, Indiana 46953. Polysomnography studies will be performed as deemed medically appropriate and requested by VAIHCS and NIHCS. Contractor-provided interpretations of polysomnograms by a Board Certified Sleep Physician will be included as an option. The physician interpretation may be accomplished remotely within the continental United States. The estimated contract term is for three (3) years. The contract staff shall be subject to the professional direction of the Chief, Medicine Service at VAIHCS, and Chief, Clinical Support at NIHCS. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the demonstrated capacity and capability of providing complete services for the Polysomnography studies at Danville, Illinois and Marion, Indiana as described. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
