Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 is soliciting bids for the removal of our existing vinyl flooring and carpeting and replace with new vinyl flooring and carpeting in Building #4. In addition, contractor shall remove existing mastic under all rooms and corridors. All work shall be completed after normal business hours. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies and completely prepare the site for building operations. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation packages will be ready on June 8, 2005. All requests for solicitation packages shall be faxed to the attention of Jeanelle Tolbert at (440) 838-6052.
