- There will be a meeting held on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 2 p.m. in Building 300 to discuss the QVL requirement along with the documentation and any questions/concerns offeror's might have. If interested, please respond via email to jeanine.passetti@faa.gov The FAA William J Hughes Technical Center located at the Atlantic City Int'l Airport, NJ is establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for construction contractors for future construction work in the area of general construction, mechanical, electrical and/or combination thereof. Contractors must be classified as either a Small and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) or Small Business and located within a 50 mile radius of the FAA Tech Ctr. This Screening Information Request (SIR) seeks to pre-qualify construction contractors for future construction procurements within the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Contractors included in the Qualified Vendor List(s) (QVLs), will, in the future, be eligible to receive requests for proposals and subsequent contract awards on construction work with an estimated cost of $10,000.00 up to $100,000.00. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, a qualified Contractor on the list may be awarded a contract with limited competition thru a streamlined acquisition procedure. Offeror's must provide their qualification and submission requirements listed in section L of the solicitation along with the business declaration form, payment bond from, and the SF1442 form to the following address: FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center Atlantic City Int'l Airport, NJ 08405 Attn: Jeanine Passetti, ACX-52 The due date for these submissions is Friday, June 3, 2005 by 3 p.m. EST. Offeror's who've previously submitted a proper response do not need to resubmit.
