- This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. NAIC colde is 238210 - $12M. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for removal of a 100 kW engine generator (e/g) and all work associated with the installation of a 175 kW Government furnished engine generator at the Bradley International Aiport ASR facility, Windsor Locks, CT. Additionally, the contractor will be required to install and test a tempory engine generator and a temporary fuel storage tank. The performance period is 45 calendar days. Price range between $100,000.00 & $250,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 14th, 2005. The contractor shall have a minimum of five years experience in the construction of/or renovations of, electrical facilities of municipal buildings, FAA electrical facilities or buildings of similar complexity as identified. References shall be submitted when submitting your offer. There is a $100.00 non-refundable fee for this solicitation package. All checks shall be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration.
