- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has a requirement to increase public awareness about the existence of the free online chronic disease journal. The contractor shall design, implement, monitor, and track an online public awareness campaign. This requirement should increase numbers in the following areas: a) website visitors b) article impressions and downloads, c) journal subscriptions, d) peer reviewer sign-ups, and e) article submissions. The contractor shall have past experience in media campaigns as well as experience in performing analysis. Award of a Firm Fixed Price single Purchase Order will be made. The anticipated period of performance will be seven months from the date of award. This is a 100 PERCENT SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. CDC will consider all responsible sources responding to the Request for Quotation (RFQ). ALL QUESTIONS/CONCERNS ABOUT THIS RFQ SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL ONLY TO lqw5@cdc.gov. The estimated issue date is June 3, 2005. The complete RFQ package will be available and posted at the FedBizOpps website for downloading when issued. No telephone requests for the RFQ will be accepted; nor, will any RFQ?s be mailed. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541613 with a size standard of $6.0 million. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to obtain additional postings regarding the RFQ on the FedBizOpps website.
