- This announcement will serve as notice that the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA), intends to conduct a Pre-Proposal Conference on June 20, 2005 between 1:00PM and 4:00PM at the following location: U.S. Department of Education FB-6 Departmental Auditorium (Main Headquarters Building)* 400 Maryland Avenue, S.W. Washington, DC 20202 *NOTE: FB-6 is accessible by public transportation. Please refer to the following external link for WMATA's Ride Guide page for Metro's timetables, fares and maps at: http://rideguide.wmata.com/ Current U.S. Department of Education Security Instructions require that each attendee provide the following information at least five days in advance of the conference: 1) Name of the visitor(s), limited to four (4) for each organization, 2) organization 3) Nationality, if other than U.S., and 4) Statement whether Government employee or civilian. Visitors must also have one of the following forms of ID: valid State drivers license, passport, school issued ID, or Government ID. Please do not send SSN. All participants will be required to sign in and will receive special badges at the security desk so please arrive early. Please e-mail the required information to the attention of the Contract Specialist, Booker Weaver, no later than June 9, 2005.
