- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-423-2834, YPG05124000984, Binocular in accordance with, Pentax Sports Optics Div., Cage 2P919, P/N 65807. Another source listed in the AID is Bushnell Sports Optics Div., Cage 13711. This is a Definite Quantity Contract with a base and no option quantity. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price.
