- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-01-354-4758, RH051320080000, Transducer, Motional, in accordance with US Army Tank ? Automotive Command, Cage: 19207, P/N 12295606-1. Other sources listed in the AID are AI-TEK Instruments LLC Cage: 1XP56, P/N 70085-1010-336 and Thunderbird Intl Inc., Cage 0M9P5, P/N 0126-34222. Requirement is for a Indefinite Quantity Contract. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as a small business set-aside. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities (504 each for the base year and 504 each for each of the option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
