- Description
- An Asset Data Management (ADM) software solution is needed by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The proposed solution may include hardware enhancements. DISA?s requirement is for an ADM system for developing floor plans, tracking inventory assets, recording asset depreciation expense, generating and routing purchase requests, and supporting a Help Desk with trouble tickets and troubleshooting. The proposed contract will be for a Base Year plus four Option Years, with the initial award anticipated before October 1, 2005. Awardee will be chosen on a Best Value basis where the most competitive firms will be required to demonstrate their products for no charge at a 2-week test demonstration at Montgomery, AL. All questions relating to the solicitation must be received no later than Close of Business June 21, 2005.
