- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify interested vendors capable of providing a complete training package to be provided on the Automatic Flight Control (AFCS) / Flight Director (FD) systems of Coast Guard owned C-130J aircraft. A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) can be obtained at http://www.uscg.mil/hq/arsc/index.htm and by following these instructions: After entering the website, click on ?Contracting?, then ?Solicitations?, then ?HC-130J APO?. Click on ?View C130J APO Open Solicitations?. Scroll down to ?C0003?. Technical questions can be e-mailed to Tstaps@apoecity.uscg.mil or DSBurgess@apoecity.uscg.mil They will be forwarded to a technical representative then the questions and answers will be posted on the ARSC website. The NAICS for this project is 611512 with a Small Business Size Standard of $21.5 Million. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded to one vendor utilizing Best Value procedures. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG C130J APO (Attn: Tabitha Staps) no later than June 13, 2005, 3:00 p.m., EST. The information may be submitted via email to TStaps@apoecity.uscg.mil or DSBurgess@apoecity.uscg.mil or faxed to 252-334-5490. Responses shall include the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, and Business Size (Disadvantaged Status, 8(A) status or HUBZone status). If applicable, indicate if there is a current GSA Contract (provide the Contract Number) to perform this type of service. Indicate if the services will be performed by your own firm or subcontracted. NO TELEPHONE, WRITTEN NOTIFICATIONS OR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS will be honored. When available, the resultant solicitation will be posted at this website.
