- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate a sole source award with Mr. Gil Kaupp, 5712 Palma del Sol, Las Vegas, NV 89103 to provide training in standards-based music education technology techniques and idioms. This will include an overview of the unique technological equipment needed for implementation of standards-based music education coursework. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response period below will be considered by the government in its competitive procurement determination. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
