- The purpose of this modification is to make the following changes and or additions: (1) The base period of performance shall be for 24 consecutive months with two 12-month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. (2) This is an "All or None" solicitation, one contract will be awarded to a single source for all locations. (3) The anticipated release date for the Request for Proposal is changed from April 26, 2005 to May 31, 2005. (4) This solicitation will be issued as a 100 PERCENT, SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The size standard to be considered a small business is employment of less than 500 employees. Small businesses interested in submitting a proposal package may seek assistance from your local Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) or the Small Business Administration (SBA).
