Description

The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC), United States Section, requires the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment and supervision for re-roofing approximately 2,646 square feet (SF) for the Field Office located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Work under this requirement includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing trim; install rigid roof insulation over existing roof; install new metal roof over rigid insulation; seal all roof area with ridge caps and new rake trim enclosures; install new rain gutter (approximately 54 feet) with down spouts; and include 10 year warranty, which would initiate on the date the project is accepted. The work under this contract is to be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. Tentative dates for issuing and closing reference solicitation are June 10, 2005 and June 30, 2005 respectively. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The estimated price range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. No telephone or facsimile request will be accepted. Offers are solicited from small business concerns. Offers received from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The associated small business size standard is $12 million dollars annual average gross receipts for the past three years. See Note 1.
