- Amount: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 12,400 square feet of rentable space and 80 reserved parking spaces. Rentable space must yield 10,800 to 11,880 BOMA Usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: Space must be in Manhattan, Kansas. A Riley County location is required, and the site must not be in the central business district. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Term: Space is required September 1, 2006. Lease term will be for 10 years, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
