- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions concerning solicitation RFQ-DC-05-00183A. 1 Q: Are the two training and graphics for the Energy Star separate or are you looking for one contractor to do both pieces? A: EPA is looking for one contractor to do both pieces. 2. Q: Is EPA planning to pay the contractor to travel and deliver training to retailers? A: Yes, offerors should include the cost of travel and delivery of the training to retailers as part of their fixed price quotation. 3. Q: Is there a ceiling on the amount of the project award? A: The purchase order will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis. This amendment is issued solely for the purpose of answering questions.
