- Description
- The Government intends to procure the following items for the period of 7 Jun 05 through 22 July 05. This requirement will be procured using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Clin 0001, 28 each portable toilets delivered to Fort Story, VA for the period of 7 June 2005 through 22 July 2005; Clin 0002, 35 each portable toilets delivered to Amphibious Base Little Creek ,for the period of 6 June 2005 through 14 July 2005; and Clin 0003, 161,000 gallons of gray water (shower water) for disposal from Amphibious Base Little Creek for the period of 8 June 2005 through 30 June 2005. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request For Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov. The RFQ should be posted on the website on or before 27 May 05.
