- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Altos, Inc., 19462 Jasper Hill Road, Trabuco Canyon, CA 92679-1193 on a sole source basis for one each YAG Pulse Laser model number NL303HT. This laser must meet the following specifications: 1) A compact E/O Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with compact power supply; 2) 1% energy stability at 1064nm (std dev); 3) <0.5ns optical pulse jitter, internally or externally triggered; 4) 3-6ns pulse duration at 1064nm, 3.5 ns pulse duration maximum at 532 nm. Laser to be optimized for 3ns pulse at 532nm (best effort); 5) Sealed laser cavity for stability, rugged and robustness; 6) Includes LabView drivers and executable control program; 7) 800mJ/pulse at 1064nm; 8) 10Hz repetition rate. Variable repetition rate: Rep rate may be set to 10/n Hz where ?n? is an integer from 1-99; 9) Laser may be attenuated by adjusting q-switch delay from keypad or computer; 10) Laser, harmonics mo! dule, and cooling unit configured for operation at up to 35C and 80% humidity; 11) Compact power supply and chiller (total dimension not to exceed 27.5? wide, 26.5? high, 28? deep). Chiller total dimension not to exceed 14 3/8?? Wide, 24?? high, 26 ?? deep); 12) Second Harmonic Generation (532nm); 13) >360mJ at 532nm guaranteed, 400mJ ?best effort?; 14) Harmonics crystal in high-temperature oven with windows to protect DKDP against humidity, and; 15) Serial port RS 232 for external PC control. Delivery is required within four (4) weeks after receipt of order. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334516 applies.
