- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command to issue a FFP order on an other than full and open competition basis, under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0009 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, CA to procure required spares in support of the Global Hawk Maritime Demonstration Program. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, integrator and support center of the Global Hawk system and is the only firm that possesses the required knowledge, experience and technical data required to provide these services/supplies. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. See NOTE 22.
