Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-04-G-0007 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office for support of the MV-22 Follow On Test and Evaluation (FOT&E) program for a period of twelve months. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.? The Bell-Boeing team possesses the engineering data, technical skills, and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, operation, maintenance, and support characteristics of the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft.
