Description

The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct seismic upgrades to existing ceilings, demountable partition walls, lights and transom windows. Work is located in Ada County, Idaho. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-aside (SDVOB). The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated period of performance is 80 calendar days that begins after receipt of the notice to proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price; Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. Bidders will be required to print and completely fill out the bidding documents for submission of their bids. In order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, contractors are required to register or update their information at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov.
