- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2 005-03. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. No foreign national participation is allowed. The NAICS code is 238150 with a Small Business size standard of $12 million. The Space and Missile Defense Command has a requirement to furnish and install glass table tops on furniture throughout the building. Items are as follows: CLIN 0001 Office A 64 each safety glass cut to pattern 72''X38 1/2'' 64 each safety glass with 3'' diameter hole cut to pattern 70 1/4'' X 19 1/2'' 64 each safety glass cut to pattern 44 7/8'' X 20 1/4'' CLIN0002 Office B 31 each safety glass cut to pattern 72''X38 1/3'' 31 each safety glass with 3'' diameter hole cut to pattern 70 1/4'' X 19 1/2'' 31 each safety glass cut to pattern 50 13/16'' X 20 1/4'' 31 each safety glass cut to pattern 38'' X 38'' CLIN0003 Labor to furnish and install the glass to offices in the Von Braun Center, Building 5220, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Proposals shall be submitted no later than June 26, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Proposals must be submitted electronically or through mail. Faxed submissions will not be accepted.
