Description
Contact: Sherrye Schmahl Contract Specialist 206-764-6588 The Seattle District Corps of Engineers has a competitive requirement to construct Chapel Complex with Educational Facilities, Fort Lewis, Washington. This project consists of construction of a new Chapel Complex that will include a 600-seat sanctuary and a 579-seat Religious Education Center. Support facilities will include all utilities, paving, communications, storm drainage, fire alarm system, and site improvements. The project also includes demolition of 8 buildings. This requirement will be a Lowes t Price Technically Acceptable procurement conducted in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15.101-2 entitled Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Period of performance is 540 calend ar days. The price range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposals, and a fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this procurement. This project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for sma ll, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $ 28.5 million.
