Description

The U.S. Army HQ, Army Field Support Command (HQ, AFSC) is seeking interested sources for the proposed procurement of 155MM Grommets. Current projected base quantity is 100,000 and options up to 100% will be included for years 2 and 3. Manufacture shall be in accordance with Technical Data Package List (TDPL) 19203 9251527. For this procurement the Government will be utilizing an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The grommet is made from plastic. It is 6.70 inches in diameter and 2.520 inches in length a nd its shipping weight is .5 lbs. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute an IFB and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 326199. We are seeking all sources at this time. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought is voluntary. The government will not pay for any inform ation submitted in response to this sources sought. The government requests interested parties to submit a brief, one page, description of their company (business size, business status i.e., small business, service disabled veteran owned, disadvantaged, H UB zone, woman-owned) and a description of similar services offered to the government and to commercial customers. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. Resp onses are required by 4:00 PM EST on 10 June 2005.
