- CLIN 0001: Welded open steel grid bridge flooring for a Bailey M2 bridge with a 3 inches c.c. main pattern and main bar size of 2-1/2 inches X 3/8 inches, manufactured from A36 steel with a hot-dipped galvanized finish, Quantity 6 sets. DELIVERY IS CRITICAL. Delivery is FOB Destination to Herlong, CA not later than 31 August 2005. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-a-side. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332312. The related small busine ss size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Full & Open Competition. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Governme nt, considering price and price related factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1) Delivery and 2) Price. Delivery capabilities will be weighted more heavily when evaluating quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quote , which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
