Description
The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command - Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Frank Dindl, Newton NJ to provide continued engineering and manufacturing support, based on the Contractors??? expertise with the telescoping XM1057 cartridge. Efforts will include identifying and refining low cost manufacturing processes for the US Government designed XM1057, and manufacture of prototypes. The Contractor must provide analytical, engineering, and technical services in support of the development of the XM1057. .The primary location for the performance of work under this contract will be at Picatinny, NJ. In addition, the Contractor must travel as required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22. Point of Contact for this action is Theresa J.
