- The Arkansas Army National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the sale of expended firing range brass and gleanings from range clearance. The material is located at the Material Recycling Facility, Building 0319, Camp Joseph T Rob inson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. The solicitation will be posted on or about 10 days from date of this notice. The solicitation and any amendments, when posted, can be found at the Arkansas National Guard website at http://www.arguard.org/Ebs/Advertised Solicitations.asp . This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to this solicitation. Web sites are occasionally inaccessible due to mai ntenance activities. The government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the documents posted on the referenced web page. Proposals will be due on the 30th of June 2005 to the Arkansas Army National Guard, USP&FO, Contracting Office, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199-9600. A site visit may be scheduled on an appointment basis by contacting LTC Randy Westenhaver, Contracting Officer at 501-212-4400 or Mr. Tracey Barron, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at 501-212-5353. No inspections will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Federal Holidays.
