Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for one Basic Neo2000 System to Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Ethicon provides the unit which is already in use at David Grant Medical Center, and this unit will provide standardization among equipment and uniformity in the care by our surgeons who are trained on this equipment. Unit is to be delivered to Building 777, Travis AFB, CA; required delivery 24 June 05. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 334517 applies. SIC 3844 applies. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and at Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil.
