Email solicitation requests to daniel.wall@tinker.af.mil The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. It is the intent of the Government to establish a 5 IDIQ contract ( 1 basic year and 4 option year periods) for this requirement using full and open competitive procedures. Single or multiple awards based on this synopsis and the forth coming solicitation are possible. In the event that multiple awards are made, the fair opportunity process will be employed. Description: Drum assembly mounted on bracket. Function is to transfer cable movement to the rear MLG allowing steering input and movement. Dimensions: 12? x 12? x 3? Material: Magnesium drum & bracket using bearings and hardware to attach together. BEQ?s are as follows: Basic ? 8 ea, Opt 1 ? 27 ea, Opt 2 ? 44 ea, Opt 3 ? 20 ea, Opt 4 ? 23. All responsible sources (IAW FAR Part 9) may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance factors and technical evaluation as criteria as detailed in the solicitation. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after the issuance of this notice.
