- Jul 11 - 14, 2005 National SBIR/STTR Phase II Conference and Exposition- Beyond Phase II: Ready for Transition San Diego, CA The Department of Defense, in association with the Small Business Administration and other federal agencies participating in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, is sponsoring the 2005 National SBIR/STTR Phase II Conference. This is a special event focusing exclusively on transitioning current Phase II technologies into military systems as well as other government and private sector markets. A wide variety of exhibiting opportunities for this event are available to all organizations, including table top exhibits and full exhibits. The exhibit hall will be a central place of activity during this event. Exhibitors include government prime contractors, government agencies and offices that acquire technology products and services, venture capitalists, and industry support professionals including marketing, accounting, legal, and systems professionals.
