- This procurement is to provide daily housekeeping service for the SEADS Battle Commander?s Rest Quarters, State of Work (SOW) attached to the solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be a small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $14,000.000.00. The solicitation is included in this notice. A site visit is being held on Tuesday 31 May 05 at 9:30 AM. Contract Nell Matchkus by 27 May 05 before 3:00 PM, if you plan to attend. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/ amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
