Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, Commercial Activity Study, the United States Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration (ESA), Office of Workers Compensation Programs (OWCP), Washington, DC plans to conduct a Streamlined Study Competition for its Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC). The completion date for this study was erroneously posted as being completed on 20 March 2005. The actual completion date was 20 May 2005. The functions will be performed in-house by the Government Most Efficient Organizatiion (MEO).
