- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5940-01-266-8425, RH051320020000, Splice Conductor, QPL Applies. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year plus 4 option years. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities (4172 each for the base year and 4172 each for each of the option years). The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
