- NSN 2990-01-496-3766, installation kit, engine. IAW drawing 19207 57K3553 and all related drawings and specifications. Basic contract quantity is 263, potential contract quantity including option quantity is 526. Unit of issue for this NSN is "KT". 263 kits are to be delivered to New Cumberland PA 180 days after the date of the contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 10 June 2005. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBs solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaulation factors as described in the solicitation.
