- NSN 2540-01-185-4387 Top assembly, rear seat. IAW drawing 19207 1201 and all related drawings and specifications. Basic contract quantity is 6650; potential contract quatity with option and incremental quantities is 33250. 2000 each are to be delivered to Tracy CA; 4650 to be delivered to New Cumberland PA. Delivery is 6650 to be delivered in 120 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation shall be available in the FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 10 June 2005. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBs solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
