- NSN 2815-01-246-5269 Piston, internal combustion. Approved manufacterer: General Motors Military Vehicle (7X677) P/N 23500393. Basic contract quantity 2890. Potential contract quantity including incremental quantities and option 10180. 1140 each are to be shipped to Tracy CA; 1750 to be shipped to New Cumberland PA. Delivery schedule shall be 2890 to be shipped in 160 days. Option quantity of 2890 to be shipped in 160 days. Maximum incremental quantity of 4400 to be shipped in 160 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See numbered note 26. The solicitation shall be available in FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 10 June 2005. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the fianl award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
