- Architect-Engineer Services: PROJECT: Robert S. Vance Federal Building and U.S. Federal Courthouse Renovation and Alteration (R&A) Birmingham, Alabama. A PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING is scheduled for March 29, 2005 for the above project, located at 1800 5th Avenue North, Courtroom #3, Room 344. The start time for the conference is 1:30 CST. All vistors should allow time to be screened through the main entry security station. A Pre-Submittal meeting packet will be provided to all attendees. Submittal Due Date is April 7, 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAR-2005).
