- This is a presolicitation notice for the upcoming True Out of Pocket Cost (TrOOP) Request for Proposal. This RFP will be based upon industry information shared under notice cms2005troop1 and the CMS defined requirements. The RFP is anticipated for release on or about March 1, 2005.
