- Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and equipment, to include refrigerated trucks, necessary for the transportation/delivery of cook-chill food products from the food production kitchen located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia (VAMC Hampton) to the seven VA Medical Centers located in North Carolina (Asheville, Fayetteville, Durham, Salisbury), Virginia (Richmond, Salem) and West Virginia (Beckley).
